Claire setting the thanksgiving table with place cards that she made... our thanksgiving tree on the door gets new leaves each night with each family member writing something for which they are thankful. The kids love it, and so do we.
A rousing game of UNO with Uncle... one would not normally be wearing tank tops for thanksgiving dinner, but the we won't complain that it was too warm...
Sam wearing Uncle's sweatshirt having a most intellectual conversation about the merits of brussels sprouts. Sam likes them, Uncle detests them... I guess you can't win 'em all. Karen and I on Saturday enjoying a hike with the menfolk and kids... a glorious day spent with "family" in the valley.

I like your Thanksgiving Tree idea! That's a great way to make you think about what you are thankful for.
