A new chapter begins...

Rosa begins her chemo today and any prayers that you are willing to offer on her behalf would be greatly appreciated. Pray that the chemo does what it needs to without too many awful side affects. Pray that Rosa and her family will not be discouraged and that they will ask for help when they need it. She will receive treatment every three weeks until the end of october. This is a long process and a tiring one as well. Pray that her spirits stay up, that she wll continue to laugh and see the joy in life as she always has, not letting this cloud break her. She is a precious woman and I wish that you could all meet her. That said, the fact that you do not know her yet are still willing to lift her up is a huge encouragement.

I am heading away for two weeks tomorrow morning so am not sure if I will be able to update, but will as soon as I can.

I hope your trip was great.
Please share some photos.

I prayed for Rosa, and I hope to hear good news about her recovery. I prayed that she will go into this year's holiday season with perfect health.

I posted a pic of the oven apple pancake I made when my dad visited last week. Thanks to YOU for the yummy recipe!!
