Repeated Aggravation...

Whenever I peel vegetables, I inevitably go into a fit of sneezing that lasts for at least half an hour. It is driving me mad!!! Chopping the peeled vegetables then becomes dangerous as each sneeze has me flailing the knife around wildly... there must be a solution!!! I just finished peeling potatoes to throw in with my roast and I am exhausted from the effort!

How odd! Are you allergic to something they put on the vegetables?

Next time make your hubby peel the stuff. :)

That is WEIRD. Maybe you're allergic to mold on them?

There is a solution though - don't peel the potatoes! I leave the skin on - it's more nutritious :)

WOW how bizarre! Maybe there are spores that set you to sneezing!

Yes, get some help with the veggies. Your husband or older kids can chip in. (If you don't already have a European-style peeler, get one. It's easier for kids to use.)

For potatoes you could get the smaller kind and scrub them instead of peeling them.

The only solution I can think of is to have others peel them! Maybe cook already peeled baby carrots and leave the skin on potatos. Or...wear a surgical/dust mask while peeling. That would look HOT!
