I live in Nova Scotia, but my birth father lives in Vancouver so I went out west this spring to get to know him a little better than just over the phone. His wife planned a few days on the island and I was totally blown away by the glory of it all. We stayed at the Tai na mara or however you spell or say it and did all sorts of touristy things. I would love to head out again someday and take Daniel 'cos I think he's old enough to appreciate it.
