Could someone please tell me why my stupid grapevine wreath which is only hanging by a tiny piece of wire on a screw can manage to remain hanging but my shutters must get ripped apart and end up down the street?
Its because the wreath is in an O form which the wind just circulates with.However the shutters are rectangle and therefore provide a space in which the wind can get trapped behind thus forcing the shutter to fly.Make sense? I made that up you know.....
